The Schlitz Creek Bluegrass Band, from the mountains of Kalamazoo,
plays a variety of traditional and contemporary bluegrass music.

Songs of Bill Monroe, the Dillards, Flatt & Scruggs,
along with other classic bluegrass groups form the basis of their repertoire.

The Schlitz boys also perform several old country standards,
popular instrumentals and frequently try
to accommodate audience requests during the shows.

Combining a high energy approach with
lots of good old, down home humor,
the ³boys in bibs² have quickly become a favorite in South West Michigan.

The band has appeared in venues ranging from backyard parties to large festivals,
and bring professional experience to every performance.
