Winners of the 2006 Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Competition, Greensky Bluegrass is taking Michigan's blend of accoustic roots music on the road. Performing at festivals, theaters, bars and listening rooms all over the US, their rare tradtional sound has quickly spread to a national audience. The band is comfortable behind one condenser mic, with amplifiers or any combination thereof. They are versatile performers for any state and suitable for a wide range of listeners.

The compositions of Greensky Bluegrass offer a unique perspective on tradition and insight into their own experiences. Driving instrumentals and affecting lyric contribute a fresh sound to an eclectic accoustic genre. GSBG is currently touring to promote the release of their sophomore release, Tuesdays Letter, produced by Tim Carbone from Railroad Earth.
